At Sukaaj, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we’re here to make the process smooth and simple.


Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached

  • Must be returned in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sukaaj.com.

Once your return is accepted, you’ll receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@sukaaj.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:

  1. Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition

  2. All tags must be attached

  3. Exchange delivery may take up to 7 working days

If you'd like to exchange a product, we recommend:

  • Returning the item

  • Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to reflect

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@sukaaj.com
